About
I am an aspiring researcher in the field of Microelectronics and VLSI, pursuing my PhD at IIT Roorkee (ECE Department), having qualified through GATE EC 2025. I completed my B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi with 8.55 CGPA.
My academic journey has been driven by a strong interest in digital systems, embedded hardware, and semiconductor design. For my final year project, I developed a low-cost Oscilloscope using Raspberry Pi Pico, capable of up to 500 kHz sampling—aimed at making essential lab tools more accessible to students. I have also built various projects including an 8-bit ALU using VHDL, a shortcut keyboard using CircuitPython, and a digital clock circuit based purely on logic gates.
As a SURGE 2024 research intern at IIT Kanpur, I contributed to the development of an Oral Diagnostic System UI integrating MATLAB, Arduino, and robotic control systems to assist real-time medical diagnostics.
My core interests lie in semiconductor devices, EDA tools, and hardware-software co-design, and I’m passionate about solving real-world challenges through electronics innovation and applied research.

Worked on Oral Diagnostic System UI using MATLAB.
- Our Oral Diagnostic System UI, developed using MATLAB, integrates high-resolution imaging, robotic arm control using Arduino, and real-time data management with Excel to enhance oral cavity examinations and improve patient-doctor communication.
Simultaneous Live Feeds: Displays high-resolution oral cavity images and a front-facing camera for better communication.
Robotic Arm Integration: Provides precise control for thorough examinations and records arm movements for meticulous documentation.
User-Friendly Interface: Allows for snapshot capture, video recording control, and ensures safety through configurable limits.
Projects
PicoScope | Oscilloscope using Raspberry Pi Pico
- Mar' 2022
• Designed a 500 kS/s oscilloscope with 12-bit ADC (RP2040), real-time Python GUI (Tkinter/Matplotlib), and signal processing.
• Optimized performance via dual-core processing (ADC/DMA + USB) and double-buffering for less than 1% CPU load at 100 kS/s.
• Validated with square, sine, and RC waveforms, achieving accurate results at significantly lower cost.
• Implemented ground calibration and auto-scaling features for enhanced measurement precision and user experience.
Short-Cut Keyboard | Raspberry Pi Pico
- July' 2024
A Short Cut Keyboard for quick usage on single click, using Pico Multi-controller board with OLED Display.
• Multiple Modes: Document Mode, Multimedia Mode, Website Mode.
• Using HID, Adafruit-Keyboard Libraries using Circuit-Python Coding.
• It is a plug and directly use keyboard compatible with any device.
8-bit ALU Architecture | VHDL
- Oct' 2023
Developed an 8-bit ALU with Accumulator and B Register and Status Register.
• Designed using VHDL programming, AMD Vivado 2024.1 Software.
• Implemented bidirectional data bus and tri-state I/O for flexible data handling.
• Created and validated testbenches to ensure correct operation, flag behavior, and timing.
